Cypress Landing homes for sale. This site is the best place to find quality homes for sale in Eastern North Carolina. Cypress Landing is located just outside of Chocowinity, North Carolina. Chocowinity (meaning "fish in many waters) is a quaint town within 3 minutes of Cypress Landing. The town has all of the necessities: Doctors, dentists, pharmacists which can take care of most medical and dental needs. The town has a hardware/garden center, veterinarian, Food Lion, Hardee's, Burger King, Highway 55, pizza, gas stations, dollar stores, and a host of other businesses. Cypress Landing golf course is a four-star course rated by Golf Digest. Experience Realty is Cypress Landing's on-site source for all homes and lots available in the community. Cypress Landing is also convenient to Greenville, North Carolina which is the home to East Carolina University (ECU), Pitt Community College, Vidant Medical Center, and hundreds of businesses serving the region. Cypress Landing is within 30 minutes of Greenville. Historic Washington, NC is just across the river, and has most major chain stores represented as well as an area hospital that is a subsidiary of Vidant Medical.

After 16 wonderful years in Cypress Landing, we relocated to Palm Beach, Florida upon retirement. To help sell our house (920 Potomac Drive), we retained the services of Steve Atkins, owner of Experience Realty-Waterfront Professionals, Inc. We couldn't have made a better decision. He kept an eye on our vacant property, and kept us fully informed as to progress throughout the year it took to sell our home. Our house was presented very professionally on the Internet.
